I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of a travel bag from Ted Baker. Not only is the product really good quality and style I had a minor issue with it but the customer service team were excellent, I would say first class in how they resolved my query. I am usually critical if customer service is not as it should be because for me it is a very important part of the experience. I cannot fault the service provided by Ted Baker, thank you so much
