Terrible customer service and UX AVOID
Terrible customer service and UX which locks your account with no way out. After trading with CB for some time, I suddenly received a notification to upload my ID, which I duly did. My driver's licence full name is different from the account name I set up with years ago. As a result, it failed verification.
However, there is no way in the UX for me to get past the verification pages to update my account, so no matter how many times I reverify I can never get validated. Total UX failure.
Tried to contact CB every time and all they keep saying it re-upload. Staff dont actually ever respond properly or read support requests. There is no phone number or chat to get hold of them either.
I would avoid these clowns like the plague. So many good trading services out there now that are credible. Avoid services like Coinbase.
