I absolutely love ordering from Grind

I absolutely love ordering from Grind - not only do they make it very easy but they also have such great ideas for the storage tins.

The Nespresso pods taste great - now I really can't drink anything else.

The team are also really helpful with any delivery issues; unfortunately mine didn't arrive from the UK to Germany - I emailed the team and they replied so quickly and resolved the issue straight away. This is reason enough to keep ordering from them.

Impossible to reach someone in customer…

Impossible to reach someone in customer service to help.
Do not be fooled by the 'sell boxes'. They offer you to return items you have bought from them in exchange for credit - however, they're impossible to reach after the items have been sent - zero transparency on accepted/not accepted items. I have no idea if/when the items would be returned to me since they were marked on the app 'cancelled' with no explanation. No even an email?!
I've tried to reach someone for days with no response. I tried to call and 3 different people said they couldn't help me. Sad since i've used Zalando at least once a month for many years but I will take my business elsewhere and spread awareness.

Please be careful when considering Klarna

Please be careful when considering using Klarna. If you try to pay off your account in full around the same date as your direct debit is due, they will cancel the direct debit and charge you 1.20 euro for doing so!
The girl I spoke to from customer service couldn't even explain it. I'm not sure if they report this to schufa or other credit agencies but it is impossible to find out - they really don't care and just send threatening emails of a default when there was no default.

Doesn’t even deserve 1*
A terrible service, I really do not recommend anyone books a flight using this service. They should be banned from doing so. 3 flights have been changed or cancelled with them / the airline refuse to do anything to help since it was booked through Booking.com. They changed a flight time dramatically for a connecting flight after a long-haul and accept no responsibility. If you cancel because the times do not suit you anymore, they refuse to give you your money back. This is not the first time. Be aware, do not use. Not only are they not cheaper but they’re scamming you completely every way possible.

I have ordered from Very a number of…

I have ordered from Very a number of times and I have always had the same issue. Your statement is not clear enough, especially when it comes to returns. I received several emails/texts to say my items have been refunded and then kept checking and the amounts were varied. One return was actually sent back to me - without prior warning - no email - no text message , just returned it and added credit onto my account AFTER it being refunded.
The customer service team do not know what they're talking about and completely avoid answering your questions. I will not be shopping with them again and I have warned my friends against the company.

AVOID

AVOID.
I recently visited Tokyo and decided to book a few tours through Viator. One being the Go-Kart experience. We were super excited after seeing all of the photos on Instagram. It was one of the more expensive things to do but we thought it would be worth while.
We booked for a specific date and planned our days according to the schedule and then we received an email to say the date needed to be changed. We weren't very happy because it meant moving around a couple of other things but we made it work. We got to the event to then be told by the director that we 'should not have been able to book the tickets without an international driving licence' and that if we had booked directly with them, we would have been advised to get this PRIOR to them taking our money. They said to contact Viator and you will receive a refund(at no fault of their own, he was really polite). We contacted Viator to explain what happened, we both have driving licences but we did not apply for the additional international driving licence (only valid for Japan) due to Viator not specifying or sending through the confirmation/event details by email until we had already landed in Japan. Extremely unprofessional when emailing for information/filing a complaint. We would like a full refund for the event but unfortunately, they are now choosing to ignore us after a few attempts to contact them. Do not make the same mistake as us and think that they value their customers, we will not be booking through them again.
