Outstanding service and competitive…

Outstanding service and competitive price!
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dial Direct. From the initial quote to setting up my policy, the process was incredibly straightforward and stress-free. The price was also exceptionally competitive, beating out several others I received from comparison sites.
I was particularly impressed with the clarity of the policy documents. Everything was laid out in a way that was easy to understand, so I knew exactly what my cover included. When I had a question, the customer service team was both friendly and helpful, and I was able to get a quick and clear answer.
The whole process has been seamless. I'm confident that should I ever need to make a claim, I'll be in good hands. A truly excellent and reliable insurance provider that I would happily recommend to friends and family.

You failed to deliver the parcel to me…

You failed to deliver the parcel to me by not following my delivery instructions. This was unforgiveable. The item was for my holiday. My holiday is now finished making the item redundant. I diverted the item to a parcel shop but they won't let me have it without a barcode. I don't have a barcode and your web-page won't give me one. All in all, TERRIBLE

Almost rude and definitely unpleasant

I have to give an only one star review due to the unfriendliness of the delivery person. The DPD delivery itself was indeed five star, but, when your package is delivered by someone so unfriendly as to be almost rude and definitely unpleasant, all of that goes out the window.

A NIGHTMARE FROM START TO FINISH

A NIGHTMARE FROM START TO FINISH. They penalized me for a claim I hadn't declared. I had declared it, I just got the date wrong. So they pushed up my premium unilaterally and altered my direct debit accordingly. NO WAY was I accepting that. Then they wanted to hit me for cancelling the policy because they couldn't get to grips with putting things right.

Owned by a heartless parent company who…

Owned by a heartless parent company who are the furthest thing removed from a family-friendly company as one could imagine.
I booked a holiday with them for a £25 deposit, but, as a result of the cost-of-living crisis, when the time came to settle up I couldn't afford to do so and sadly had to let the holiday lapse.
They actually cancelled it. Not me.
Now I'm being jumped upon by Big Brother Company "Awaze Vacation Rentals Ltd" and being threatened with CCJ even though they've resold the property/holiday week.
No. This isn't family-friendly at all.

TERRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE

TERRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE. It's time Brewers Fayre offered something better than a 12 o'clock opening of their restaurant for Lunch. We were there quite promptly for said 12 o'clock and ordered accordingly yet it was well past 12.30 when the meal eventually arrived.
We ordered a very popular menu choice which, in my opinion, they should have been prepared for and to have been able to send out quickly. Yet, when it arrived, the first thing into my mouth was a complete disappointment. The offending piece was a cold chip, and I do mean cold. The rest of the chips weren't much better.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the next table over were a complete nightmare and also helped to ruin our meal experience. They showed a total lack of care and respect for the place and for its diners. G/grandparents, a grandma and one child. The biggest problem person was the G/grandfather who acted with a total lack of etiquette, noisy and boorish.
Totalled together, a TERRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE and we don't intend to go back.

Do not even consider going near them

Do not even consider going near them! I emailed them straight away saying I didn't want to continue because it wasn't for me. I asked them to cancel it for me/gave instruction by email for them to cancel it. They didn't and they charged me! I contacted them and complained and to cut the longer story shorter they did cancel it for me. But then they refused to refund me. SO! I don't have the product and they kept my money!! How does that work then??

Terrible Pricing System. You never know what's going out of your bank account.

No. No, no, no, no! The quality of the meals is excellent. I cooked what I considered to be restaurant quality meals at home. However, I found myself not in control of how and when HelloFresh raided my bank account, put me overdrawn and also causing by direct debit to PayPal Credit bounced. I'll have bank charges to pay and a PayPal late fee to pay. I went to HelloFresh via a Groupon coupon which was supposed to cost me £19,85. They took the £19.95, but the next day they took another £48 which I was unaware of. I received no direct debit guarantee form from them and no paperwork excepting the initial order email. Nothing other than a booklet came with my first order and when I complained to PayPal they said: "Send us the documentation!" I NEVER RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTATION. Neither then, nor now. So! I thought: "They've got my money. The meal/s were nice. I'll look at the menu again!" Next thing I know, my bank account has been raided TWICE MORE. Oh, No. No, no, no, no!

We do try to make it as clear as possible, HelloFresh is a weekly subscription service, and as such, once you create an account, you are set to receive deliveries every week unless you skip or cancel prior to our 5-day deadline. Once the deadline has passed we go to our suppliers and order the ingredients we need to fulfil the orders for the coming week and update our couriers so they can plan their delivery routes. We take the payments one day after the deadline has passed. This helps us reduce food waste and ensures that your delivery arrives in good time.

This Lioton Gel works wonders for my wife, It's an anti-inflammatory pain reliving gel. Works wonders for her varicose veins. Works wonders for sports injuries, bumps, bangs and bruising by increasing blood flow to the affected area (these are my words which are not to be taken as medical advice). Unavailable in UK Pharmacies for some strange reason. Thank you OnBuy for making this wonder product available. Delivery was also at warp speed.

Useless

Seemed okay at first. Initial telephone contact fine. After initial contact there was no contact. They offered me no cars, although they said they would. They returned no contact with me despite my logging several vehicles in my account area. Another company were very helpful to me all the way through and my little Ninja got me a suitable vehicle and suitable finance. ZUTO lost out.

Terrible service

Terrible service! Total lack of concern towards its customers! I had a 3ltr Jag insured with the RAC, plus breakdown cover. The Jag failed it's MOT so I let it go and replaced it with a 1.8ltr Rover but the RAC Insurance was higher for the Rover than for the 3ltr Jag! Obviously I went elsewhere, but I still took RAC Breakdown Cover with the new company! But the RAC are saying I must pay in full for the cover on the Jag which I was paying monthly! If I do this, it will mean I've paid DOUBLE for one year of Breakdown Cover! How can that be legal? So far I have received no word of compromise from the RAC, even though I've asked for it and offered to pay the rest of their cancellation fees, etc. :/ :p Terrible Customer Service!
