Terrible
I placed an order on 27 September. After waiting nearly a fortnight for the item to be shipped, I followed up with customer service.
I was then given a tracking number with AU Post. To this day, that tracking number still just shows as "pending".
I followed up again with customer service only for them to advise of a different tracking number and telling me the item has been delivered - however AU post shows that "new" tracking number is for an item that was delivered to Tasmania. I am in Queensland.
I've asked for a further update and subsequently a refund, but haven't received any further response.
Customer support is slow, unresponsive and unhelpful.
