Absolutely disgusting. Shittiest quality ever nothing like on the pictures since it's cheap crap from China. It would cost me 70 euros to return while it's only worth 50 euros. Don't get scammed, stay away!

They are scaming their affiliate partners, I have been waiting for my affiliate money from march, till now- november, no response from costumer support, also no options to withdraw the money!

The jeans don’t looked very different than in the photo.
the cut, the colors and also the contrasts did not match.
I also wanted to send them back, but that didn't work. They didn't even reply to the email I sent them.

I thought the jeans were really cool in the photo, but in reality they just look like crap. 50 euros thrown in the trash.

Got a deffective pant and wont even get full refund for it. All they offer is 15%

Pictures do not represent the actual products, the quality is kind of ok (but way to expensive!) The used fabric feels terrible, and even if i took measurements it's still a bit too small. Wish I read reviews, since i got blinded by nice Instagram ads.

Clothes are poor quality and made in china. You have to ship them back to china if you require a refund. The colours aren’t the same in person as they are on the website, also all the sizes are so much smaller than usual Im a L normally I went for XL it was still too tight, I’d be an XXXL which is crazy.

I ordered the cable knit quarter zip in navy colour, and ordered a size L even though I usually wear size S/M for other brands. Firstly, it took 17 days for the order to arrive to the UK - and by the time it arrived, I left for the Christmas break.

I checked the product after I came back to the UK, and was astonished by the quality of the product. Costing £47, it is no cheap product - but the quality is absolutely terrible. The cable knitting is loose and it has holes everywhere. There is no branding whatsoever, suggesting it is just a product from a Chinese supplier. Where the size label is attached, they used white thread on a navy jumper! Clearly, a very non-technical person is incharge of designing (or rather sourcing the product from China). To my surprise, even the care label was cut from the jumper! This further shows that the product is even their own, why else would the care label be cut? A product sold without a care label is unheard of in the clothing industry, and I can assure that becaue I have 10+ years experience in the clothing industry.

After trying the jumper on, it was tight! I have no clue how size L can be so small. The fit is weird as well.

After this experience, I sent them an email regarding this and then got the following reply from customer service: "Hello kind customer, this is 'name' from Alessandro Toscani customer service.
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the product, but yours are inferences that are baseless. I am sending you the return procedure"

The customer service agent called my claims baseless, which makes me question if they are even aware of the product quality, or even have ever seen the product in person.

Have to pay 30 euro’s for a refund, terrible. Clothes do not match the pictures and sizes are very different

The sweatshirts are bad quality. Sizes completely different!
When I wanted to return some of them since they are too small, I still have not received an answer!

Poor quality. All from China...

I wish I had read the reviews. After ordering and waiting a long time for the product to arrive, the quarter zip jumper I received was v poor quality and very small. I have requested a refund but as others have found, it requires me to ship the product back to China at my own expense.

Not gonna lie, the product i have bought are insane. I love the quality and the fits are crazy. I can only recommend 🔥🔥

Drop shipping scam company. The clothes are directly send from Hong Kong, and the quality is very bad. My shirts had mistakes all over them and the sizes were way too small. When i eventually asked for a refund, I could either send them to hong kong for 200 dollars or get a 30% refund, and that was it. Don’t get scammed, i lost 100 dollars for something i threw in the trash can.

Very long delivery time (about a month). Very poor quality jumper and it was expensive! Runs very small too. Extremely disappointed as it's a xmas gift for my son and no time to send it back now.
