Terrible

I placed an order on 27 September. After waiting nearly a fortnight for the item to be shipped, I followed up with customer service.

I was then given a tracking number with AU Post. To this day, that tracking number still just shows as "pending".

I followed up again with customer service only for them to advise of a different tracking number and telling me the item has been delivered - however AU post shows that "new" tracking number is for an item that was delivered to Tasmania. I am in Queensland.

I've asked for a further update and subsequently a refund, but haven't received any further response.

Customer support is slow, unresponsive and unhelpful.

Sincere apologies for frustration and inconvenience caused during your recent shopping experience on The DOM and for the slow reply to your review. Unfortunately, as a marketplace platform we rely on our brand partners to supply products and provide quick/accurate information which has not been the case here. Your original order was mixed up with another order and the brand shipped it to the wrong address. Obtaining clarity from our brand partner simply took too long and our lack of communication with you during these delays was unacceptable. Our team processed your refund on 7th November and should take 1-3 business days to appear on the original payment method. Once again, we are sorry for the frustration caused.
