Retracting my previous review as after 5 weeks my car has developed a fault with the parking sensors. Zero apology from Arnold Clark and I now have to take the car back to them in 2 weeks; wait for 3 hours and they ‘might’ be able to diagnosis it. Of course there are no courtesy cars and they cannot accommodate my nursery pick ups for my little girl which means I am likely to have to go back and forwards (at my own expense) until resolved. Wonderful.

I purchased the rubber mop and watching a targeted advert on social media. It’s okay but nothing like the videos of people effortlessly sweeping up all sorts. It’s more like a massive effort to gather up an assortment of crumbs. The mini brush they threw in for free is much more effective but I can see the big one going in the bin as it’s just too frustrating.

Another fantastic scan at Ultra Sound Direct. Anna is so reassuring and knowledgeable plus their technology is fantastic. Came away feeling confident with a full understanding of what was checked and the meaning behind all the measurements.

Anna was absolutely fantastic and so reassuring, we also got some lovely photographs and videos. She knows her stuff and can answer pretty much any pregnancy related questions!
The Harmony blood test was painless and we are looking forwards to getting the results. This clinic offered this test at a slightly lower price than our IVF clinic and given all the samples get sent to the same lab in London there is no difference in the service provided.

Applied exactly as per the instructions but did not see any improvement to my hair; if anything it make it lank and it still required hair straighteners. It also has a strange smell, it was as if someone had tried to cover up a blocked drain with heavy fragrance!
Definitely do not recommend

Took 10 days to arrive and the plants were bruised, battered and dehydrated. 8 out of the 15 were beyond help so raised a ticket (no other means to contact them) 4 days ago- zero response. Much better options available, don’t waste your time.
