First time I have used the website to buy and send a birthday gift for friend. I love and visit your stores regularly and the website and delivery was great, just one small point I couldn’t see where to add a gift message or tick as a gift, but my friend loved the denim colour rucksack and I just told her to ignore the receipt sadly included
