I bought the CRIMPiT to speed up meal times & make it easier too & mainly earing wraps meant it's great for my needs & it's prepared in less than 2 minutes & popped in air fryer to cook & it can't be any easier than it is with the CRIMPiT.
Had to call Westminster Collection as I had started to recieve post but emails dried up & I was mostly throwing them away & to be its a waste. So I called customer services & by 3rd ring the call was answered by a gentleman named Darren. I proceeded to chat with Darren about swapping over to emails & it took all of a couple of minutes, which is great for us customers

Recent interaction was a very good one from a customer standpoint as my direct debit payments have come down to a much fairer amount. Hopefully others have had the same experience too. However as I always say to every company I review & that is " There is always room for improvements " A company should look at ways that those most needy are those who are at the top of their lists.

I had a Friday evening to forget & almost made a major Faux Pas & First Direct were there on hand to solve the issue with speed & expertise. I can't thank them enough & its easy to get caught out but for First Direct are my 1st & my last option to get things pit right & the immediate calm that I was given by customer services on a Friday evening is amazing & in 20+ yrs they've never let me down.

The 2 man team from Kelly Group arrived to install my new router from Sky Broadband. The engineers needed to install a new system in my home to connect the router to the new junction box that Open Reach installed to connect to the cabinet around the corner. The lads did a very good job & did the job in no time considering the new box needed inside the property to connect to the fast fibre. Once done they made sure every thing was working well & a card with a number & name of the engineer if any issues arise
The washing machine i purchased is so amazing & the fact that it's quiet that you don't even notice that the program ended. I chose this machine for its 9kg capacity & mainly for the quietness of the machine. No more clunking & juddering whilst the spin & rinse is going.
I enjoyed the ease with which I could pay for the goods I purchased. However having to get to the area that I'm looking for is maddening. How can the website know that I've been there before but I have to go back to the very beginning. Why not do something similar to Anazon & that is when I open the amazon app the last couple of things I was looking at are there & if I have the funds to purchase I can easily. This is how all selling sites should be like & I can be in & gone in less than a minute happy with my purchase. So it's up to those who run the Fanatics website to get things organised. I do like the range of goods from my favourite teams but it seems it's only the top divisions in various country.

The way JML have their website set up it's so easy to find what you are looking for & I think whenever they have a decent sale on something within says go check out JML. The menu is set up with the newest products first & then it's categories finally ending with what's on sale and items that won't be around much longer.

Courier was patient & waited as I do have walking difficulties & am slow to get to the door . When I did open the door the courier placed the delivery inside my front door & he did it without being asked & I thought it was a great touch by the courier & much appreciated. This Courier is a credit to DPD.
Just after Christmas day my payment was declined & no matter how much I tried I was unable to pay or even set up a direct debit either & I find this more & more. So in the end I had to delete my account & the app & recreate a new account once I downloaded the app & it worked fine & payment went through straight away. The fact I had to resolve this by myself as all the emails I got said something was wrong at Google pay but I used it no issues. I ask for you to send me a reminder in 6 months & I will update my review. I have no clue how many this issue caused issues for but it's poor form from a trusted brand by many folk.

This is the first delivery I've had from Yodel for a few years & things have vastly improved & I for one am pleased as the customers' experience is what brings in new clients & new business & for me the drivers are the face of Yodel & as long as they treat the deliveries as they would their own then we are all winning & the truth is that we Brits are becoming more on line shoppers than we used to & as such the delivery driver is the only human face that we see & I know less about my local postman/woman as again I hardly recieve mail these days. Well done Yodel.

JML for me is a tried & tested company & one I've used for many a year & when they put on a deal, they make sure that's it is a great deal & it was a deal I absolutely loved & I will always look toward JML at times of sales to see the next bargain I can get.

Trust pilot & the job it does is brilliant & a valuable tool.
So why is the only app that Trustpilot has available is in the apple app store ?
What about android users with over 70% of the world's share of mobile phone devices yet happily cater for the less than 29%.
Hopefully there is one arriving soon & its going through test runs before being rolled out

The driver was patient , careful & very helpful with the delivery. I have difficulties lifting, carrying & even walking without a walking aid. As I said the driver rang doorbell once & waited until I got to the door & opened it & when I asked I'd he could place the delivery inside, he did that & was very pleasant driver. He gives the public a postive face of DPD UK.
Not a very good experience. The fact no matter how many clear pictures I sent after changing them to JPEG the reply came back not accepted. Even after jumping through all invisible hoops I'm now faced with silence.

Due to the age of your device, we needed an image to confirm there is no pre-existing damage before we could insure however you had provided a few images, but the images provided to us were to dark and the latest image provided was not a full-size image as we could not see the whole handset which as a result the image was declined.
A member of our customer experience team had reached out to you this morning to try and resolve however you had declined our help.
We are still open to help you should you need us which you can ask for a member of the customer experience team.
Magic Freebies UK, is a great site to find many goodies that are available for surveys, postage costs, trials & so many other things & it's not just any old thing but goodies from known brands that everyone knows. I check the emails,daily as things change rapidly & some things you can't believe that are available. This site in these times is a site needed & this is for the ladies & whomever else uses the stuff, there are some good name brand make up stuff I've scrolled passed. Oh & I have used an offer on this site to bag myself some powered energy drink satchets & only needed to pay postage.
I chose So-Sure as my insurance provider, as they provided the best cover for my needs to ensure my mobile telephone is insured against anything that could & would cause damage to my mobile.
