I have admired the galaxy dress for a couple of years and decided to take the plunge and order it. I did next day delivery and it arrived on time. I’m 5 foot 11 size 14 and it is the most perfect fit and looks exactly how I wanted it to look. It’s always difficult ordering from a company online when you don’t know what the product qualities is going to be like, but I’m very happy and I think I’ll be ordering more things in the future.

For Toric or Toric XR lenses, these are custom-made by the manufacturer and usually take around 3–4 weeks to be fulfilled. To help avoid any delays, we always recommend placing orders about 3–4 weeks in advance so there’s enough time for them to arrive before your supply runs out.

Easy to use. But as a first timer I was worried about no label on the parcel so called help line who confirmed this was ok. Would be nice if this info was displayed somewhere. Other than that seemed ok.

I have ordered previously from this company and been reasonably happy. However I recently ordered one for a Hermes Kelly 28 and was sent one for a 25cm. After reading their website it says just email them and they will sort it out.
THEY DO NOT SORT IT OUT! THEY IGNORE YOU after many emails I have had to admit defeat an will have to discard my insert and loose the money. It is a shame as they could be good. Ignoring customers is not the way to do business. I guess they cost pennies to make and they are charging much more so they don’t mind pissing people off. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Fast delivery excellent product. One improvement for me would be a longer pipe as I am tall and have to bend down to do skirting boards. But overall like using it. Makes the stairs easier!
