Wise rejects payments for surrogacy

Wise recently rejected my payment to a surrogacy company. They provided no explanation about why they would do this. The only reason I can imagine is that they have some kind of objection to someone doing surrogacy. It’s outrageous that a payment company should have a moral Objection to someone trying to bring life into this world. A payment company should have no opinion on payments. As long as something is legal and agreed-upon by two parties, they should make the payment. I hope Wise will reconsider its stance on payments to surrogacy clinics.

Updated: Wise will also try to get your Trustpilot review deleted by asking for more information and requesting a “membership number” something that doesn’t exist on their confirmation emails or on the account itself. All they give you is a transaction number. This company is a case study on a startup mentality that trying to cover up their poor management choices instead of fixing their wrongs.

VALON MORTGAGE RIPS YOU OFF!

It’s like a horror movie. I asked them to update my escrow so that I’m paying what I’m supposed to pay and now they have magically lost the proof of insurance from my building. I HAVE SENT IT TWICE!

Valon started charging me for insurance on my condo unit out of the blue even though I already had insurance. I called them about it and spoke with support three months. They told me to email the proof of insurance to ihaveinsurance@valon. I emailed them and followed up, but nothing changed. They kept changing me an addition $300 a month ($3600/year) for flood insurance on a condo unit. Now I've been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a manager because the support person refuses to accept my building's policy even though it covers the building for $30,000,000. Next step is filing a dispute with the FTC.

I called in to cancel within the 24…

Update: After I hung up with the guy, he ended up refunding the flight - but he was trying to get me to pay something. Also - I think I wasn't talking to Spirit directly - but a third party company so be sure you're talking to them directly.

I called in to cancel within the 24 hour period. The guy successfully stalled, put me on hold and suggested change offers for more expensive flights until it was after the 24 hour period. Then he told me it was past the 24 hour period.

Too expensive per use for people with short hair.

The hair product is good, but it's problematic as I only really need about a quarter of what they're sending each time I treat my hair. I have short hair - both on my head and on my beard - so I just need a little bit of the mix. But they only have one size that you have to mix together. So I end up having a ton of extra stuff afterwards. The second time I used it, I had to get my own mixing container and then try to measure off a quarter of each vial to use it in the proper amount.

So - in sum, the color is good, but It's not good for people with short hair.
