Don't get their service

My experience with this mortgage company is the worst experience any homeowner can face. I just had my mortgage moved from a different mortgage to Valon Mortgage, and since then, I'm experiencing hard and unprofessionalism services. Every agent you speak to is dumber than the other one. However, it seems you have to talk to them every month, definitely, because of the issues that keep arising on your account. You won't know how bad they are until you have a glitch on your account.

This company is absolutely predatory

This company is absolutely predatory! You can jump thru hoops and they will claim that they never received what you sent in as requested. After the death of BOTH of my parents in the course of two years, while being disabled myself, they have currently manipulated my attempt to save my family’s home that goes back 4 generations & with about 80 thousand in equity, into THEIR favor & have set to foreclose on me in July. They are disgraceful examples of what it means to offer proper mortgage lending assistance and could care less if you’re put on the street because of THEIR actions. I have never worked with or I should say, attempted to work with a more piss poor organization. Companies like this should absolutely be pursued with Federal charges for lower than low lending practices. My GOD I hope I win this, and I fully intend on making the utmost effort to warn others of their abhorrence.

VALON MORTGAGE RIPS YOU OFF!

It’s like a horror movie. I asked them to update my escrow so that I’m paying what I’m supposed to pay and now they have magically lost the proof of insurance from my building. I HAVE SENT IT TWICE!

Valon started charging me for insurance on my condo unit out of the blue even though I already had insurance. I called them about it and spoke with support three months. They told me to email the proof of insurance to ihaveinsurance@valon. I emailed them and followed up, but nothing changed. They kept changing me an addition $300 a month ($3600/year) for flood insurance on a condo unit. Now I've been on hold for an hour trying to speak with a manager because the support person refuses to accept my building's policy even though it covers the building for $30,000,000. Next step is filing a dispute with the FTC.
