Terrible terrible terrible

Terrible terrible terrible! Wrong item was received, over a week of daily emails, photo evidence sent and numerous calls I still do not have refund or replacement

Peace of mind being able to talk to a…

Peace of mind being able to talk to a vet at short notice. Vet was great, very helpful, I didn’t feel rushed at all 😊

What a joke

What a joke! I spent over £100, I tried to return the following day after arrival, not able to get in touch with Surfdome, getting brand alley page coming up when I Google saying they’ve taken over but won’t be able to refund goods! 😡

Wrong size sent and I have to arrange return to post office myself which I don’t know how I’ll manage as work full time :(
