They dyed my hair ORANGE and supposed to be brown caramel

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend at all. I came for roots and they turned my caramel usual hair colour to red so I went back for them to fix it and they made it bright orange. I had to go to another professional salon to get it fixed. I lost alot of hair after they coloured the roots twice incorrectly. Just shows how inexperienced and unprofessional this place is.

After 2months since ordering - no mattress

Extremely poor communication, poor organisation and customer service.

I am still waiting for a delivery which was stated since the order was confirmed, I was supposed to receive it a month ago, after already waiting one month for production. So in total, two months and no mattresses.

I ordered bed frames and mattresses so they are delivered together, now my son is sleeping on a single mattress in a small double bed frame due to no mattress from Emma as it has been so far, 1 month delayed and still waiting.

I was in this position of thinking who I should order from, if you are, go to a different company and not this one to prevent disappointment. This is an honest genuine review from a frustrated customer. I really wish I would have gone to Simba or a competitor.

Did not deliver as promised

I ordered a 3 piece sofa set and after the company confirmed delivery, the order was stuck on their side, resulting in delivery being delayed the following week. I had to postpone my son's 13th birthday as I removed the existing ones, so did not have any sofas for anyone to sit on, as well as taking two days off from work. Absolutely terrible service!

This dental practice cannot deal with…

This dental practice cannot deal with demand. They don't have the capacity or the team to be able to manage. I've been waiting over a month for a plan for aligners and after several promises, I have been ignored. Honestly, you will be wasting your time and waiting for too long. It is not worth it, so many other dental practices with better service.

Had my Merc GLC wrapped and it come with free tints. Attention to detail is hard to find, but you would definitely find it at Tint Club. Outstanding finish and the customer service from Isaac was superb. Would highly recommend!

After placing an order

After placing an order, they advised that my item will be delivered in 4 months. Also, after purchasing a product, and after 3 weeks, they decided to inform me that the item was discontinued and I couldn't get it anymore. Waiting times for customer service terrible. On the phone now for 40 minutes and still on hold. Would Not recommend.
