A poor experience from start to finish

A poor experience from start to finish.

Initially we were lured in with a cheap price, which turned out to be a discontinued product.

Despite ambitious claims on the automated telephone hold system (which I listed to repeatedly on the many times I called) I was offered no expert advice, no guidance and no help in choosing the best product for my needs.

I ordered 120 wine glasses with an etched logo. Of the 120, only 118 were sent, and of the 118, only 105 remained unbroken.

The logo was very difficult to see on the glass and the resolution here was to put a coloured liquid in to see it better.

I asked for an urgent replacement of the broken ones, plus a few extra, these took longer than expected and got delivered literally 1 hour before my event. And again 11 of the 24 additional glasses were broken.

I asked for some kind of compensation for the trouble, I've been offered £42.

A frustrating, costly and inconvenient experience from start to finish ending with a substandard product.

Very disappointing.

Just ok. Not great, but not bad by any stretch.

Yeah, decent. Just ok.

A struggle to find the sizes that I want in the styles I want but I've got some close enough. Delivery was reasonable. Had to return one pair as the size was well off despite all being ordered the same size. But generally alright

Easy enough to buy..

Easy enough to buy... Big saving if using their store card system which meant I needed to set one up.

Paid it off straight away though...

Delivery took close to 2 weeks which wasn't clear When ordering but delivery was efficient when it started.

Appalling... From the moment they get your money.

Appalling... Administration, delivery, repair and integrity all appalling.

First, after we received half of our order, we were told the finance application had gone wrong and they needed the entire amount immediately. Approx £9950.

We paid it. Then we waited close to 11 months for the full order to arrive.

Finally, after just 7 months, one of our treadmill motors is faulty and when we asked for help, we've been told our warranty doesn't cover it. Absolutely no help whatsoever!

They don't phone you back, they don't reply to emails in a timely fashion and the equipment really isn't very good at all.

Do not shop here for light commercial equipment. It's crap!

2 months later PayPal got involved and refunded me straight away.

Shame as it looked decent but even during a pandemic there's no excuse for 2 months.
