Complete shambles!!!

To be honest I would give them o if I could. I have been waiting since the 19th November for my parcel. I have contacted. Evri and the suppliers on 10 separate occasions. Nothing from Evri and so far suppliers have said that they have had no response from Evri on what has happened to my parcel. As it was a Christmas present I reordered the boots last Saturday and even paid for next day delivery. They should have been delivered on sunday, I got a text to say they are at the warehouse, then one saying they are delayed being delivered due to bad weather. What bad weather the snow was completely gone yesterday. I have still not heard if they are going to be delivered today. What a complete joke this company is. It has cost me for two lots of boots and extra postage and still no boots. Don't go anywhere near this company there rubbish.

Rubbish company

How the company can improve? Where to start. For one it would be great to get your parcel in the 1st place. Mine has been missing since the 18th November. After so many emails asking where is it? I did get someone ring me to let me know if was all in
Hand and would be delivered as soon as possible. What rubbish that was, still haven't got it. Have had to go to the suppliers to see if they can sort it out. Still waiting. Also have had a parcel here since 23rd November. 3 times now it has been rearranged. Still here. A driver did come yesterday but couldn't scan the parcel so went away again. Later I got email saying it would be picked up between 5.30 and 7.30 guess what, still here. The company is obviously not bothered about bad feed back has they don't seem to do anything to improve there service. I would never use these for anything I will tell other people to give them a wide berth.😠😠😠😠😠

I would give more stars

I would give more stars, but I have met to get my purchase, as the courier company have failed to deliver my boots. Not being able to contact your customers services by phone I am unable to speak to anyone as in you or the courier company, who say if an item doesn't get delivered black to the suppliers to sort it out. I wish someone could tell me how I do this😡
