Shipped wrong items, impossible to get someone on the line to fix this
I ordered two chairs from sklum (YMBYKPHWR), but I received a chair I didn't order and a hammock. That was almost a month ago and is still not rectified, as they are impossible to get hold of. No answers on our e-mail and the phone line never works either.
Answer on the comment below:
We have let SKLUM know in several e-mails that we don't live at the address anymore that they are arranging a collection for, but no response.
In addition to that, they seem mainly keen on collecting the wrongly sent items, but 0 information has been given on when we will get the correct items or how we get our money back.
