My initial rental got cancelled by the…

My initial rental got cancelled by the owner 2 days before the start of it. yescapa contacted me promptly, provided me other options in the area and moved around their commission so that the new van didn't cost me more. Considering the rather annoying circumstances, they helped us out well.
