Good Energy is our chosen FiT supplier. We have always had a good experience of the service they provide. The Clean Energy team, including specialist Jemma S., are efficient, friendly and helpful.

Good price, prompt delivery and friendly and efficient installation crew who deserve a pat on the back from battling through some horrid weather to get here.

1st Direct Pools are exemplary. The website is user-friendly, the prices are competitive and deliveries are made promptly and efficiently.

A1 Coffee have been badly let down by their delivery agent, DPD Local. My goods were shipped within 24 hours of my order being placed, which is good but scarcely difficult to achieve. Since then, I have received several communications from DPD Local on successive days notifying me that delivery is to be made on the day in question but no attempt at delivery has yet been made. As a result, I have wasted a good deal of time waiting in for delivery to be made and still do not have the goods I have paid for. That is not so good. A1 Coffee are accountable for their agents' failings and will lose custom if performance does not improve.

Ana Maria Comparetto in your Romford office was absolutely brilliant, handling my flight bookings efficiently and staying on past closing time to complete the booking so as to secure one of few remaining seats on a particular flight. She also dealt in exemplary fashion with my subsequent cancellation which was necessitate by a medical emergency. Could have been lloked after better.

Nine Telecom responded quickly and efficiently when I reported very poor broadband speeds. Chloe Sargeant in the Customer Service Team dealt with the case and was able to get it resolved very speedily.

Sherwood Tinning's workmanship and customer care cannot be bettered. Nick Stevenson and his team are artisan craftsmen of the highest calibre. Their prices fully reflect the quality of their work, but don't be put off: they give good value.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer's labeling on my most recent purchase was inaccurate: labelled US Size 8, equivalent to the UK Size 7-1/2 I had ordered, the shoes were in fact a full size larger and I was obliged to return them. All credit to Wide Fit Shoes, therefore, who acknowledged safe return within 24 hours and refunded the purchase price in full the same day. Happy to recommend them to anybody.
