Update on my Shower Screen's with what…

Update on my Shower Screen's with what appears to be the Lifeshield coating failure.
A Kudos engineer visited today and the resolution is that Kudos are going to replace the glass.
So that is a result despite a lot of e-mails for rectification.
Fingers crossed for the replacements to arrive around 6 weeks time, but at least a resolving effort from Kudos.

Very bad customer services on a failed Lifeshield coating they won't rectify

Bought two glass shower products for two en-suite refurbs back in 2008. Both showers purchased are different designs and were expensive.
Loved the idea of the Glass Shield and the Lifetime Guarantee offering so we bought the showers.
One shower enclosure is now covered in what "looks" like limescale deposits all over the wet side of the glasses although we have a water softener and no problems in the other bathrooms. Basically with the water softener we are limescale free in this house.

Contacted Kudos whom said we were obviously using the wrong cleaning products. We don't use cleaning products on the glass as their original instructions mention none are needed. They recommended trying white vinegar to clean the marks although we already tried this.
The coating on the glass has clearly failed on one shower and despite photos and numerous e-mails Kudos say we are not covered under the Guarantee. Kudos won't even make a site visit and instead refer me to their latest guarantee which is not the guarantee in effect when I purchased these showers and now modified in their favour with lots of exclusions that the guarantee is worthless.
Kudos forget consumer law.
Really disappointed and very bad customer relations.

Must now engage legal action against Kudos for rectification of their failed product.

Very poor communication with this…

Very poor communication with this Company. Managed to get through on the phone to them 3 days ago to revise the order.
That same afternoon they advise my order has been shipped and supply a tracking number that doesn't work, all it reveals is that a shipping label has been created.
Contacted them by e-mail and Danielle replied she would look into it.
Annoying thing is that I have 2 customers cars now off the road awaiting number plates.
I ordered a set of plates yesterday afternoon from another company being: A1 Show Plates and they arrived this morning from Jersey...
Proplates you need to reply to me with a valid truthful answer or immediately refund my £49.00. You need to answer your phone too although you do state you rarely answer it in your e-mail to me last night !!
