I used the app several times and it has always been super responsive and quite helpful with both my pets (cat & dog) preventing me to spend hours at the vet.

The professionals are caring and always follow up after the virtual appointments. I have used video call and chat messages, and I find them both easy and efficient to use. The vets make relevant questions, give advice about the pets conditions and request a follow up with the vet appointment if necessary.

The clothes feel good and comfortable, and the colour is exactly as expected. The green is really nice and will be a perfect match to may other outfits.

Milo is a puppy of 3 months old who has tried Lily's kitchen for the first time and so far he is quite happy with the taste (with healthy poops). We still figuring out the portions but either than that we don't have any issues with the food, he liked it straight away!
