"AVOID" ordered on 23rd February contacted on 28th February about non delivery and replied saying it would be delivered on 1st March via Parcel Force Saturday came and went
still no delivery yet on 3rd March.
Please don't buy anything from this company as you won't receive it

Taking far too long to dispatch items refrigerated items supposed to be 24h delivery NOT 48h.

I am sorry to hear your most recent order was not delivered as expected. Upon checking your account and the Royal Mail tracking reference I can see your delivery was completed within 48 hours. The delivery type assigned to your order was a 24-hour service, but unfortunately, it appears the order was delayed at your local mail centre for around 1 day.
You can see this break down of the time line using your Royal Mail tracking reference on your order dispatch confirmation.
In addition, our refrigerated parcels have been tested in all weather conditions and can keep the required items at the correct temperature for up to 72 hours.
