Attempted delivery at 10 25 pm to post office which shuts at 5.30 on 1st September said would try again today showing same tracking attempted delivery would try again today 2nd Sept but no show been on live chat umpteen times don't understand can't get through to talk to customer services no one interested or listening to me

I just want to say what great customer services they have at eonnext.
I had a query about getting a smart meter installed and someone called Sophie took the matter up for me and followed it through right upto today every time I wanted to find something else out about it all I had to do was ask and Sophie was there to assist me and never failed to reply and get back to me and addressed me by my first name not just by miss (which is a lot nicer). Thank you Sophie.

Wow spoke to customer service only yesterday re the cancellation of a holiday that I had recently booked through no fault of my own they issued a refund of the full deposit I paid up front as I was speaking to them on the phone said can take up to 7 days thought fair do's and my bank has just informed me its gone back into my accont this afternoon I really think shearings are the best company and won't hesitate to travel with them in the not too distant future.

Posted on here yesterday with regards to a holiday i had booked yesterday...re update
They saw it did shearings and said they would arrange for someone to phone me back to discuss my concerns and they kept their promises and phoned me back this morning.
Just can't fault their customer services 100% true to their word and issue now sorted Thankyou

Been going a few years and nothing disapoints me, (apart from this one occasion) i went for eye test a week before Christmas and was told that they would send me a text to let me know that they had come back for me to collect I phoned to enquire and said they had been back nearly a week then I had to make an appointment to fit which took me a week to get appointment.
If they had let me know they had come back could have had them earlier

I'd been having issues over last few weeks with my broadband and phone promises of replies that never materialised after last review gave it one star today I gave it 5 thanks to Anthony who kept the in the loop and followed the case to the end which was resolved today to my satisfaction I suggest if you have any issues you go on there Facebook page that is what I did and sent a message and Anthony picked up the message and got straight on my case and followed it through to the end and kept me updated never went back on his word. I was at the end of my tether and getting nowhere that all changed when Anthony got on my case thank you Anthony for a first class customer service and thinking of the customer first you restored my faith in BT
