I've ordered from Blacksmith several times having yearned for quality, durable, heavyweight goods which I thought were only a fantasy by todays standards, and have never been disappointed.

I recently made the hideous faux pas of accidentally confusing the returns labels of a two packages, one going to Blacksmith, another to another brand. I promptly received a call off Charlie at Blacksmith who was a really sound guy, totally understanding about the situation. He offered to cover the returns cost to the other brand with no questions asked, and was incredibly patient while the other brand took 6+ weeks to respond. What a legend. Cheers Charlie! It's incredibly rare and refreshing to find people who are looking to take as little as they can from consumers, as opposed to as much as they can. These ethics shine throughout the business.

Be grateful to have businesses like this still around. Up the independents!

I still can't believe how well this stuff works! Body odour simply doesn't exist any more! Every scent profile is beautiful and natural. No synthetic smell whatsoever. And it just melts into your skin in seconds. My favourite is After Thunder as a masculine/woody scent, and The Onson for something a little fresher.

A tube lasts me about 4 months and has not once failed me, even after the most rigorous of days. It's worth every penny, and I can honestly say this is a life changing product. It blows all other Deodorants out of the water.

This brand produces fabric art. Outstanding quality of clothing across the board, the kind of clothing you describe as pieces. The Pit Jacket being my absolute favourite piece from the brand – it's a complete showstopper. The quality of this brands work absolutely bangs and I consider the pieces to be investments, as I know they'll last me many years to come. This is the antithesis of fast fashion and we're so lucky that brands like this still exist. A prime example of why we support independents and creative individuals. Up the independents!

Great buying experience with Scent to Coventry recently. Genuine fragrances at fantastic prices. Delivery was prompt and my item was well packaged also. Highly recommended!

Best price I could find online for my old phone. Once delivered to them, money was in the account within a couple of days. The whole process was seamless, especially nice having the purpose built packaging sent to your door.

Where do you even start? 7 parcels ordered from various places over the festive period and after. 6 of which have been lost. The only other 'attempt' to deliver consisted of the driver pulling up at the bottom of the drive, taking a picture from their van and driving off while we watched from the window. How from an ethical and legal standpoint this company can continue accepting parcels they know full well they cannot deliver is beyond me. Shortsighted cash grab. God knows what they are doing with these millions of pounds worth of undelivered goods they are hoarding – presumably claiming for losses via insurance and/or auctioning them off.

I for one will be boycotting any company who continues to use this courier and letting these companies know. Make your opinions heard and vote with your feet. The fact they provide such appalling 'service' and yet have almost no contact/help services other than an automated chat speaks volumes about their intentions and business practice.
