Arlo and Jacob's beautiful store at Ben's Yard, Ely, was the perfect place to relax whilst choosing our new sofa. We had an idea of what we wanted, then the team at Arlo and Jacob gave great advice to help make it happen. From start to finish our experience with Arlo and Jacob was fantastic. We delivery was efficient and professional. The love our luxurious new sofa and would happily shop at Arlo and Jacob again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Having never designed and ordered fabric online before I didn’t know what to expect. Prinfab exceeded my hopes. The print quality was excellent. The fabric was sturdier and better quality than I expected for a basic cotton. It cut and sewed really well, with minimal fray. I now need more reasons to use Prinfab!

Absolute rubbish! Ordered over a month ago, Pets At Home have charged me for the order but failed to deliver. I have not received any update information, apology for delay or offer of refund. Shockingly s"%t service.

Wrong size 5 sent. Too small. Waste of money, waste of time and child left without trainers.

From start to finish our experience of shopping online with Mann's Music was excellent. The website was easy to navigate, the items were perfectly described. The prices were highly competitive. Delivery was as arranged, and all items came carefully packaged and in excellent condition. All round, brilliant experience. We'll shop with Mann's again.

Party Pieces products were excellent and were better than I expected, when they arrived. Sadly, the service from DPD was appalling. I had paid extra for a specific day delivery for personalised balloons for a little girl's birthday party. DPD delivered them to the wrong address, did not tell me, and when I contacted them to find out when to expect delivery, there was no apology and they told me I would get them the following day. They blamed Covid for the mistake. When the parcel arrived the following day, the box was battered and stuck together with DPD branded tape. I was really concerned the balloons would be damaged, and although they were a bit crumpled, I was able to make them look good for the recipient. At no time did DPD attempt to contact me and apologise for this. I have no idea if they informed Party Pieces that they had failed to uphold their contract, I suspect not. I know from the paperwork that Party Pieces had performed their service correctly.

I love Bloom and Wild. The flowers are so beautiful and carefully selected and packaged. I have chosen this service over all others for personal and business gifts, along with treats for myself and my work space. I love how the blooms develop and emerge as the days go on rather than arriving in full bloom then deteriorating from then on. The customer service is fab too.

From start to finish my experience with Loaf was wonderful. From the thoughtful way of packaging swatches through to the friendliness of the delivery drivers. The products are exquisite and worth every penny. My clients have all commented on how comfortable and stylish the chairs are which, in turn, projects a good image of my business. Thank you Loaf, I look forward to loafing with you again.
