Disgusting treatment, stolen our money
My partner and I recently went on a holiday to Turkey, whilst there we booked to go on a white water rafting excursion, we had even taken out extra travel insurance specifically for this. We booked through the on site TUI rep, paid our money and turned up early to catch to bus. Unfortunately the bus never arrived. The on site rep, Charlotte, was lovely. She tried chasing them up to get them to come back for us but they wouldn't so she arranged a refund for us and a little compensation in the form of a voucher. This was fine, except that we never received our refund, never mind any voucher. We have sent multiple messages and have now been told, twice, that we will have our money back within 14 days, both times it never happened. We have called numerous times only to be fobbed off with excuses. I spoke to someone today claiming to be called "Emma" who refused to help, refused to get me a manager and basically told us we had to wait ANOTHER 28 days!
This isn't just us trying to get compensation payments, we just want our money back and at the moment TUI are refusing to do that. I have exhausted every avenue so will now be contacting the ombudsman and will explore legal routes to see if we can sue TUI for our money. THe worst thing is we have a holiday booked to Egypt next year through TUI which we were looking forward to. I will be cancelling that. Shame.

Absolute crooks
I was looking for a pair of reasonably priced, Under Armour trainers with Bluetooth connectivity to help with my running. I looked all over various sites before settling on a pair of HOVR Machina 2 SE's which were described on the Sports Direct website as having the Bluetooth to connect to the Under Armour app Map My Run. When I received the trainer's I tried in vain to connect them with no success so I contacted Under Armour for support only for them to tell me that this model did NOT have Bluetooth! The Sports Direct description was wrong and misleading and directly led to me buying shoes I wouldn't have considered otherwise. When I went back to Sports Direct with my concerns they were disinterested and dismissive. They simply couldn't care less and made no effort to hide it. They gave me an address to return the shoes but this cost me £5 postage, which so far they still haven't refunded. Eventually they agreed to refund the shoes but this took days and hasn't included the postage as mentioned earlier. I've had no apology, no attempt to put things right, the whole experience has been horrific, cost me lots of time, money and effort. I would advise anyone to avoid Sports Direct, they're main goal is clearly to rip people off and mislead. Next stop trading standards, false advertisement is still illegal in the UK.

Thieves
Thieves. Pure and simple.
I have emailed multiple times to cancel my subscription but they never reply and have actually now taken more money from my bank account without my permission and haven't even sent me any products.
Avoid at all costs.

Cowboy Credit Card firm. Avoid.
Been with Fluid for quite a while, always paid well above minimum payment on time, or even early. I have a good credit score yet today they've sent me a letter telling me they're putting my interest rate up by 4%. The reasons in the letter are ambiguous at best but state it could be because of poor repayments or poor credit rating, neither of which apply to me. It's greed pure and simple but they'll lose out as I'm about to transfer my balance to a different card on principal. I'm also going to write a complaint and go to the Ombudsman if I have to as this increase is not justified and actually goes against their own terms and conditions.
I'd recommend avoiding this credit card as they're clearly cowboys who don't know how to treat customers.
**Edit**
Despite the reply from Becki below, Fluid have done nothing. It's just a token response to make it look like they're pro-active and that they actually care. They've lost my business, and an awful lot of money.

The service itself was ok
The service itself was ok, but the much vaunted after sales care is actually just a hard sell approach which I am disappointed with. I received an email l, supposedly from a Dr, saying I could ask any questions I have by replying to that email. So I did, and I finally got a reply around a week later, from a different person entirely just trying to sell me a different treatment. That's not what I expected and, like I said, is very disappointing.

Hughes were fine but....
Hughes were fine, although as I bought my washing machine online I didn't really have much interaction with them. However, the courier that delivered my washing machine were very poor, they told me a time, then half an hour later told me they were running 2 hours late! This wasn't an issue but then a little while later I received a text to say they were running 5 hours late! If your not sure what time you're going to arrive don't guess and then change it!
They finally arrived in the evening at which point they refused to take my washing machine upstairs in the lift. I get there's restrictions due to lockdown and I didnt expect them to take it into my flat but I live alone and washing machines aren't light! But they didn't care, they dumped it inside the door of my building and left me to struggle with it on my own with no sack barrow or any other means to move it. Awful.

Easy to use
Easy to use, straight forward process. Can't say a bad word against them
