Over charged and terrible customer service

I called to arrange insurance for my classic car which appeared reasonable at £120 for the year so i paid up and took out the policy. Just 8 mins after the call i received the policy document that had a small error - the car was noted as RHD rather than LHD - I called back immediately to put that right and Lancaster charged me over £40 service fee and the person called “Noz” was very rude. I shall not be renewing with Lancaster unless this is put right. I called today to complain and was on hold for 40 minutes without my case even being dealt with! Their customer service is appalling once they have your money and i fear for the day i ever need to make a claim. Avoid!!!
