I am trying to issue a winter sport claim and I am getting nowhere. I have phoned the number 03337720346 and put through to a recording which is not audible. I got through to customer services who transferred me to the claims department which was back to the recording. No one in my family can hear what the recording is saying. Is this a ploy?

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you have had difficulty lodging your claim. I have checked the telephone number you provided and did not experience any problems. From the options given you should choose Option 1, 2, 3 then 1 - this should direct you to the correct department to lodge the claim.
