Virgin wine is a scam

I am posting this review after receiving their beer calendar. I did put on the original review after having the terrible wine crate they sent me, but I’m not currently in receipt of the beer calendar.

Albeit I was dubious surrounding the reviews this company has received, therefore didn’t want to open it up but I thought I’d look at what was sent. As mentioned in my original review, all the beers were copies from main brands or terrible mixes of beers. They were all below 5% for just under £100! You can get better quality, customer service and tasting beer from brewdog! This companies customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth, I never usually post these types of things but I honestly find the whole ‘£25 voucher’ nonsense. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM OF CHEAP BEER AND/OR WINE

Extremely poor quality

**** DO NOT RECOMMEND *****

I am not happy with this company. I originally got sent a coupon to try their wine. I tried it and I didn’t like it, as In it was the worst wine I’ve ever tasted in my life. I used to go to uni and this stuff tasted like vinegar

I was hounded down my people and I put down a deposit for their beer advent calendar. After having receiving their wine, I blocked the payment. The cheeky bugga then tried other ways to get money from me via my PayPal!!! I will never recommend this company again! I received the beer and it’s basically below 3%

EDIT: I am in receipt of their beer calendar. I thought I cancelled their direct debit, they continued to take it out of my account and then found a way around and took it out my PayPal account!!! Received £90 beer advent calendar, most of them were the same and also below 3%, not even proper beer. Virgin have been hounding me since I posted this but never offered any compensation. I honestly think this company is recycling the cheapest beer they can get for profit gain. DO NOT RECOMMEND*******

Stress free and user friendly experience

I was originally on a debt recovery plan that was charging me a monthly charge and would constantly call me and albeit terrible customer service. Was recommended StepChange and had the convenience of setting it all up online, they communicated with my debtors with ease and could not recommend any other debt relief plan. It was stress free, accommodated my own needs and a user friendly portal.

I had been advised that the payment…

I had been advised that the payment wasn't accepted, but the monies were taken from my bank account and still awaiting for a refund. I asked for assistance and they advised payment didn't go through, but it's left my bank account.

Fernovo were quick to respond but were…

Fernovo were quick to respond but were not supportive in future financial issues. I would recommend them but after my quick repayment (3 days) not taken into consideration, I feel they rely on algorithms as opposed to proper cred analysts.

Awful customer service

I have ordered from this restaurant every time in hopes that it would redeem itself but the service seems to be getting worse! No one can speak English and when you try to give a rational reason why your is order wrong i.e. you literally get the wrong order! You are berated and shouted at by the manager with no empathy. The pizza is either undercooked or cold, would never recommend! P.s. don’t hire delivery drivers who can’t even understand ‘my order is wrong’ when they hand it to you
