I had been advised that the payment wasn't accepted, but the monies were taken from my bank account and still awaiting for a refund. I asked for assistance and they advised payment didn't go through, but it's left my bank account.

If your order has been completed on our site, you will have received an email from us, to confirm order/preorder/backorder placement and the item will be shown within the relevant section of your Shopto account
If no order has been placed/completed/accepted on our site, any funds that have come off of your available credit limit or balance, will be automatically reverted to your originating payment method, within the timescale appropriate to the payment method used
If you need assistance, our team can be contacted via 'phone, help desk ticket from within your Shopto account, or, by using our website livechat channel, during opening hours
You can also enquire with your payment provider, with regard to the pending or unsuccessful funds/transaction and the timescale required before the payment will automatically return to your payment method
