I purchased office 2024 through Groupon and it didn’t work as supposed to. Groupon said that the company would not refund as been downloaded. I am going to try to get refund through PayPal. Too good to be true as previously stated. Refunded now

Where’s my money? I sold an item on eBay with payment through PayPal. When it was sold, straight away fees were deducted. They got the fees and guess what my money was on hold.
First message was waiting for purchasers code to be scanned.
So have to pay to send item before payment as sent by courier which means 2 days wait.
Now saying not a valid means of payment. Funny that, I have purchased numerous things recently and no difficulty Now changed bank account and have to wait 2 days before payment. Don’t think I will sell on eBay again as need money before post. What a rip off

Unhappy saver turned to HAPPY SAVER
The application was not too taxing but I find that the website is down a lot. I asked to close my account once within the cooling off period but this was not done. I would still like to close my account but am unable to as now out of cooling down period.
I have now been contacted and problem completely resolved and pleased to keep account open

I purchased 5 year guarantee on 2 new sofas. I made a claim 24.11.22 and was told 25.11.22 as within 12 months of puchase details would be passed on to customer service and I would be contacted in due course, After waiting a few days I filled in the customer service contact form which wanted photos, The problem is one of the sofa creaks loudly when any movement is made so unable to take a photo. So I completed the other customer form for them to contact me, filled in twice. I am still waiting for contact and as it is an internal form I have no access to when these forms were sent. I have purchased a number of items from Oak furniture land and feel badly let down, I think the next stage is to contact the store after Christmas, I am most unhappy with this shoddy treatment
UPDATE Now been contacted and hopefully rectified

rubbish
it took 10 minutes for program to start. a lot of buffering, adverts etc. Too many adverts between intervals disappointed There are no controls, ie fast forward. Needs a lot of work before I will watch again

Downloaded but couldnt use
The product downloaded and the support was gratefully received. The only problems that could not be solved was I lost sound which is important when playing games, I kept losing my internet connection which didnt happen on windows 7, My computer start up was painfully slow and loading any web pages was also slow all of which has rectified on reverting back to windows 7. I requested a refund as it was not workable but was informed that because I was able to load it and use the key they were unable to refund. The only thing is as I have said, it was not fit for purpose and I was very disappointed and will not buy anything else from them

Ordered KICK2 28.7.21 Payment taken 5.8.21 enquired where KICK2 was and was told it was on the way and offered 5% refund for delay (not received) from Kate. Received 9.8.21 and found that it was missing a few pieces. Picked up 26.8.21 but have not had confirmation of receipt by them or a replacement, Message receive 26.8.21 to say package on the way, but still not received I have sent numerous emails and get the usual auto message stating 2 day before reply. This is not good and will be cancelling replacement and asking for refund as I am fed up of waiting.
Still not received a refund, Even though the package was arranged for pickup by Bluefin it is still considered as awaiting receipt therefore still awaiting refund, I would still have preferred to have the machine but looking at how long everything takes I am glad I cancelled
5.1021 Still no refund. They arranged pick up but still not processed, therfore no refund and no fitness machine, in fact left without anything What a company !!!!!!!
