I was issued a cheque for tax rebate but like other people the cheque bounced!! I contacted them and was told it was due to an error, they said they would do a bank transfer so I sent them my details, which I am now worried about., nothing has come through, contacted them again was told it should be in by end of next working day, still nothing. These people in the phones may seem very helpful, and they will they be getting a very good wage to tell you lies!!!
I can't get my head around this, it's daylight robbery and blatantly being done!!! Why aren't they being Prosecuted and Jailed

Excellent service. Paint arrived within 2 days of ordering, we've had 2 5.ltr now for our kitchen, we will be ordering more for the rest of the house.

Rated People are trust worthy.we didn't have any problems with them.it was easy from start to finish hiring a tradesman for our job and it gave us peace of mind knowing we got a qualified vetted electrician. We wold use them again for any future jobs we need doing and would recommend them to other people.

My delivery should have been on 13th July, it was with courier at 2.45pm I got a email at 3.45 saying it couldn't be delivered for unforseen issues,and that I should contact courier or sender to resolve the issue. I don't even know what the issue is!! and if it's not resolved it will be sent back to the sender!! It also said they would update the delivery next working day as to delivery day. I was very confused at this stage, I waited in again all the next day, no delivery no update I spent most of the day trying to contact Evri absolutely impossible could not find phone number to speak to someone everything was automaited, telling me the exact same as the email they had sent. I would avoid Evri like the plauge. Its a terrible service I've never experienced anything like it ever. In future I will make sure when I purchase anything else online which courier they use,if its Evri they can forget it.
So I've no idea when I will get the parcel I've contacted the seller, but that hasn't helped anything.
Its so annoying very stressful.

We've had a cubby hole renavated, by Lee G Handyman.
Lee remove an old gas cylinder, which proved difficult, but he did an excellent job put shelves in, did some repairs, painted and put lino down and installed a light. Also put a shelve up in bedroom.
Top bloke!! Did work to our specifications arrived on time left the room clean and tidy. We're already booking him for two more projects later this year, Can highly recommend.

I had a delivery scheduled for Friday 15th October, I had an appointment, so left a note clearly asking for the parcel to be left next door or at a neighbours. The driver put a card through saying missed delivery. I was only a few minutes after he'd had called. I have requested for this to be done on another occasion and there wasn't a problem. Also I tried ringing Ups to see if the driver could call back seeing as I'd only missed hi by a few minutes, but that wasn't possible. It was an automated message just giving an update. Now I've got to wait in today hopefully it will be delivered.

Ordered dehumidifier on Monday arrived on Wednesday. Everything ok, up and running. Price brilliant!!! Can highly recommend.

Have been on time with deliverys each time I've requested my medication. So I am happy to continue to have them deliver medication.

I bought this small hand sanatiser cover in leather. It's a very clever design that clips on to your bag, so no more rooting about in your bag. Good as gift idea. I always carry hand sanatiser with me even before pandemic.

Echo is very reliable. Only had 3 deliverys so far with no problems. I will continue to have my prescriptions delivered by Echo.

Echo is very efficient, they take all the stress and worry away. All I have to do is request perscription,then its delivered to my door. Wouldn't be without them.

Go assist were really good from the phone call to the engineer, who was brilliant put my fridge freezer right and gave a lot of advice.He was promt and efficient.
The young man 'Jordan' I spoke to on the phone was so professional and polite he made everything so easy for me.Iwould recommend Go assist and I will definitely use them again.
