Confirmed SCAM

So after writing my 1st comment in here, I wasted sometime to explain to the staff, and here comes the same answer:

Dear Mr.

As explained by our Security Team, the account was terminated due to fraudulent activity, which is in violations of our terms of service. Due to termination, would be unable to manage your account, or make edits to your domains or service.

I lost 60 USD total.

My website is an education platform and I m using their website builder!

I called their shty security team they shouted on me!

This Company is a SCAM!

They locked all my websites with no reasons!

No replies on the phone
No replies on the mails
No useful replies on the chat

They want my business to go bankrupt!


And Today they have Terminated my account!!
They stole my funds!
SCAM


I contacted them, they were useless!
So dont use Ionos!

Refund happened but overcharged 3 months now
Its been 3 months since they overcharged me and stole my 300 USD "Transaction Fees"!

Please avoid using them!
They are banning persons with no reasons.

Suspended with no reasons

As usual, doing my monthly transactions, this time I logged in, they told me that my account has been deactivated!!

No Reasons No Emails No Warnings No Alerts

I ve been using them since 2016
----------
I have sent my bank details, I expect the funds in the next couple of days, hopefully!
TIll now its been 8 days that you guys are using my money.

Duh... Experience

I moved all my savings to TransferWise, I was so ambitious and happy about them.
I was about to give it more stars but here are the reasons behind it:

-Their fee increased with no reasons, I don't see any upgrade.
-They do not value their old customers, they get treated like the new ones. Indeed new customers gets more benefits than old ones.
-They blocked my account and asked me to send my passport as soon as possible, with no reasons behind it or nothing... Duh
-If you calculate their Fee while converting you will get something similar to your bank
-They charge 0.8 EURO for SEPA Transfer, while others charges 0.5 or less
-I told my mother to create an account she did and they closed it for no reasons
