Chris is a true gentleman

Chris is a true gentleman, really helpful without being pushy to get the sale over the line.

Helped decide on on options for colours and provided sound advice which helped me come to a quick decision having visited the store a few times whilst i decided what to order.

Returns process really easy with Royal…

Returns process really easy with Royal Mail which a huge step moving forward until you come to get receive the QR code…. Unfortunately not you need to print a label - Royal Mail offer a paperless service to make the customer journey easier for customer. Contacted customer service with the response we don’t do QR codes! Really is no need these days for wasting paper and effort printing labels. Sort it out!!!

Disappointed to receive my sale item…

Disappointed to receive my sale item damaged - when reporting fault and return Hackett advised the could offer a 20% voucher but could replace item with 50% discount which is what I enjoyed the sale as the sale had now finished. Not my fault the item was damage on receipt so if I want to replace the cost sits with me! Mmm don’t think so - I’ll spend my cash elsewhere
