Very helpful chat with live chat this morning. Issue with my billing which has gone on for a while, but not the fault of Castle Water. The issue is with the Wholesaler. The live agent went over and beyond to reassure me the problem is being looked into and will be resolved.

Review of Polycote
I have used many types of flooring over the years.But this was my first project with Epoxy resin. Admittedly I did do a lot of shopping around locally and on the internet. Thankfully I came across Polycote.
There customer service is very high standard and I initially used there chat service which is extremely responsive and all my answers were promptly addressed in a competent manner. I also made a few email queries which were dealt with helpfully.In particular I found Zach Britchford really helpful.He was able to provide good advice. It was with this customer service team that directed me to use Flortex Professional with WD Primer.
This is top notch product which I applied by myself.It does have a very professional finish which has impressed all that have seen in so far.I used it in a new basement conversion.My advice would be to read the instruction for application and coverage very carefully as they are very precise. The setting times are extremely precise and the product does set as stated.So you may wish to get some help to apply the product in order to apply it within time.Usage is precise to the ml.
Totally happy and glad I didn't try to save money by going for a cheaper product.

Review of National Shower Spares
Very professional company. Replied to email enquiry really quick and identified the part required accurately.
The part was Triton solenoid valve assembly (P26810801) for a Triton itimo thermostatic shower. However it was disappointing that the shower needed this new part so soon. It was installed in January 2017 and hasn't been used that much since it is in a additional bathroom.
Other than that it was a great experience.
