Passed around

I called and spoke with three different technical support reps, and none of them were able to help or seemed knowledgeable. I was just passed around, a case was opened, and I was told someone would call me. It’s been five days, and the issue still isn’t resolved

Very bad response rate

Very bad response rate, Turo does not hold the host to respond, or show reviews for the host.
Most of the hosts are small car rental companies and use Turo on the side for extra income.
