Bought new car had to insure with the number plate that was on the car to register with the DVLA. Then could put MY number plate on….went on line and changed the plate number MYSELF….was charged £25 admin fee…..WHO did the admin…..ME. Where’s my £25…..had an explanation regarding the charge its what we have to do when you keep a number plate. £137 all in just to transfer a personal plate.

Easy to do, clear to see what’s covered

Great quality just had to reorder all 4 tops in a larger size I am usually in an A line a size 20. Had to reordered in. 22 and they are perfect. Very snug across the shoulder and top of sleeve.

Most of my Roman clothes I have ordered I have kept. They are all good quality and wash beautifully. I have now found there is a shop quite near me the ladies in there were so helpful and a lovely nature.

Easy to use site, have booked many times before never had any problems, drivers have all been very professional and polite.

Technician turned up when he said was very polite, explained the problem and repaired my chair quickly and efficiently.

Delivered on time put together quickly £60 was probably worth it as I would have struggled. I had to stop them just leaving to ask how to lift base as I hadn’t had one before. A small dirt mark on base I noticed after they had gone thought they would have asked me to check everything was ok. Apart from that the storage and quality of the bed base so far is good only had it a week or so.

The tradesperson came and repaired my electric chair button didn’t take long as he said it was just stuck somehow. Very personable and efficient.

Very courteous and polite put them where I asked, and it’s a long walk from the roadside.

I purchased a Sealy firm matress, it was delivered on the date given. I have had excellent sleep highly recommend Bensons the salesperson was very efficient and helpful.

Good quality clothes.....nothing unusual there buying on line has been a great experience, but I can’t wait to come back into store. Was isolating then as things started to lift I fell and broke my femur so it will be a few weeks yet till I can drive...

Great delivery service, been having deliveries for a good few years now and they have always delivered in the time slot given. And the ease of returning an item if required at a local shop is great too.

I have insured with Alpha for quite a number of years it’s seems very good value and easy to do on line. I have never had any problems as luckily I have not had to deal with a claim, so can’t comment on that.
