Placed my order almost a month ago, haven't heard anything about it ever since. The money was taken from my account, the customer service member Chiara keeps answering my emails by "we have asked our Logistics department" and "solving this issue will be a matter of our utmost importance".

I have used Farfetch a couple of times and it was OK. My last order was a leather jacket which, unfortunately, was small sized. I requested a return, sent the jacket back, it was delivered to Farfetch and signed on March 5. Since then I haven't got neithet a reply from the Farfetch team about receiving my return , nor the refund.
Think twice if you decide to place an order with Farfetch.
