The returns have become on customer's expense without any previous note.
If I had known about that I wouldn't have placed my order.
Now I have return an item on my own expense.
Is it difficult to inform your valued customers about the changes you've introduced?
It would be nice if you offered a complimentary return this time and I promise I will never shop with you again.
