Ok, so I unfortunately cannot advise on the product i tried to purchase insta 370 x4 Total order value over £600. Im not sure what country the customer service is in but it takes hours for replies in the chat and im based in the UK. I ordered a camera and a U bolt mount for my bike. Didn't realise takes 12 days for shipping, BUT if i pay more and buy a selfie stick with U bolt lijnt bundle i can have next day. If you have stock of the mounts why cant they just send it. .
Ive as of today decided to cancel my order and will await confirmation of a refund, seen as they Billed me straight away. Also they won't send items out individuallt all items will shipped together, so if an item is out of stock you will wait until that comes in gor everything to be sent.
Ive ordered an action camera instead today and delivery is going to be tomorrow.
Update on customer service. They've asked for further information. Ive provided and now heard nothing since the cancellation. I was in future thinking of having both an 360 and an action camera but I think ill stick with just my acruon camera now

I've been having issues with this company since th3 moment I purchased. I've tried sending a fake product back, however they've offered me reductions on pricing etc. However never ever sent me the returns address now when I search for the company or email them I go nothing anf it looks like the company has just disappeared off the Internet!

It seems to be a yearly thing with Pro Direct. So I ordered a personalised pair of football Boots on the 26th August. And to date still not received. Because of the additional time for personalisation my items arrived with courier on 2nd September, which is fine additional time for personal items I understand. However, this is the frustrating and confusing part. My items have been sat with thr courier since the 3rd or September it's now 19th. I've tried organising a replacement to be told its 10 working days from PDS until they chase however Evri say they'll investigate in 7 days (not working day) so even after 10 working days and confirmation from Evri they're lost, I was told on Monday the 16th it could be another 5 working days because now PDS need to investigate.. I get you've got internal policies to follow but when delivery is over 2 weeks late surely you should replace and investigate rather than realistically having a customer wait a Month before they will get any kind of replacement?! If the item is still even in stock a month later. When it's smooth PDS are fantastic. Unfortunately if something goes wrong everything is done at a snails pace. Email communication is also so so annoying bring back a phone number so we can talk in person rather than waiting 48 hours for responses
EDITED: So the below reply form PDS just confirms how much different information is given. When an order is chased with PDS they tell you to wait 10 Working days until they deem it ready to investigate, Evri tell you 7 days. (Not working days) why the difference? And then after 10 working days all they do is past to a transport team who tell me 3-5 more working days, and the below response now tell me 7-10 working days. As a company if it's lost with evri, (as confirmed by them) you should be sending a replacement and then conducting any investigations, customer should be penalised and having to wait over 2 weeks for items purchased

Amazing Grip socks, bough over 20 pairs never had an issue. If I could change one thing it would maybe make the heel a little thicker. But I wear them every week love them and wouldn't by anywhere else. Never eve had an issue with customer service or delivery

Another Order of just 2 Bottles or George Cricks Oils, again superb to deal with. Great price, ordered Wednesday arrived Friday.. Ive only ever had 1tiny issue which was sorted same day. Customer service amazing. Deliver amazing, price amazing. I wouldn't ever shop anywhere else for my stuff.

I ordered and had delivered Boots, they split and I sent back. This was 4th October. As of today still waiting for confirmation of a refund. They tell you 10 working days. But then when you chase by email they say allow 14 days. The company is getting worse and worse. I had sent back 2 other orders separately after this and received refunds already. Order number is 96198760, also waiting a refund on order 97754640 as paid next day delivery and it never arrived so want the 7.99 refunded. Live chat is never available 3 days to reply to emails so 2 emails takes over a week to converse. No phone call. Customer service and availability to contact is possible the worst I've ever had.

At this moment in time I can't even review the product. Purchased on 24th June, now 3rd July. No communication from company, not even had the items shipped according to their website. I would NOT recommend

I order lot through Pro Direct. But can honestly say they're getting worse and worse. Customer service obviously don't read emails and reply with standard replies. I order just under 600 worth and paid £7.99 Next day named delivery. Surprise next day came and no delivery. When this was questioned, I was advised due to the pandemic they cannot fulfill next day orders. So my question is why take someone's money, offer them a service you can't provide. That's just wrong. And then to tell me that iys because I used standard international delivery which is clear I didnt.. Think I could potential just have to buy direct from manufactures now instead. Very poor service. I'll be sending them straight back

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, never had any issues at all. Happier with the newer smaller (seems thicker) brown bottle of the product I ordered. Will continue to order again and again.

Ok, so I was sceptical to say the least because of the price of a "Mat" however got to say best purchase EVER. Weather it be used for skipping, which is saving my ropes and also I feel less tension on my knees when jumping I use it now for any workout I'm doing. Definitely a purchase that won't disappoint

This company has failed on so many levels.. no communication, no refunds and damn near impossible to get hold of.. For those backing the company saying they're not breaking the law. Yeas they are, the regulations stil remain the same that under the legally binding terms that I booked I will be due a refund in 14 days, it doesn't say actually you'll get a refund at some point if things out of our control happen. The regulations are there and for a company like tui to completely disregard all it's own terms. Says slot about this company. I'll continue to wait on a refund but I will be taking it further if it goes beyond 2 months.

Dont even want to give it 1 star. Happy to take your money but won't refund and are doing so illegally by not refunding..
I've adhered to their terms and conditions to pay, but they wont adhere to them and refund me. Absolutely the worst service in the world. I'd never book with the thieves again

Great product. Easy to shop online and extremely fast delivery.. I've got the Chocolate Mocha flavour and it's so nice and easily drinkable.. I can't wait to taste the double chocolate.
