Having been with PillTime for over 2…

Having been with PillTime for over 2 years, me and my family are giving up and going back to my local chemist and sorting out my own tablets into days. It's an amazing idea, but their lack of organisation, lack of communication and chopping of changing of their systems all the time is infuriating. Just send out the tabs automatically every month, what can be more easy to make the customers happy and to make a lot of money for you. But no you have to jump through hoops to log in, find out you have to log in to a different system for that month and cant even see past orders to know when you can reorder, then there is a delay in GP approval, no help from pilltime, delay in delivery from pilltime, and yet again you are sat there with no tabs. With a new manager or owner to reinvent it, this product would be the best pharmacy in the UK. Sadly it's a failed scam right now!

Love the 24 hour aspect of this courier…

Love the 24 hour aspect of this courier that you can go and drop things off or pick things up whenever. The scanners don’t ever seem to work at my local point but it’s easier enough to put in your pick up code. Don’t like the fact you now have to put your phone number in, seems pointless. Also I don’t often use it as there is cheaper couriers.

Best value delivery company. For non urgent parcels they are simply the cheapest hands down. I use all the time .even the the customer service is good

Great cards to use abroad, and also good bank that lets you send other monzo people payments fast. Also love the overdraft and credit card facilities, 100% the easiest banking app I have ever used, and I have tried most.

Good basic bank account

Good basic bank account. All other accounts I've had with them have incurred unnecessary charges, so finally they have got a product (forced upon them by the government) that don't allow them to rip us off. Customer service team is useless on the phone, so good they have a smart app and you can sort most things out yourself online.

After a good first year with BeFibre I…

After a good first year with BeFibre I was disappointed to see now it's contract end time they are behaving just like all the other communication companies. When I first signed up with them as my village fate in the big pink beautifully branded marketing reach out stand they said they were new and cutting edge bring quality and value. Turns out they are just rob dogs like the others, offering a new contact at a higher price than new customers (they give new customers a free £30 gift card) and also not automatically recontracting, you go onto PAYG more expensive if you dont CALL THEM and recontact. A. Why cant you do it online in this day and age! B. Even car insurance companies automatically recontact now to keep you on the best deal. What is it with these 'new' communication companies that come along pretending to be something better, then they just end up ripping people off and causing them more headaches and stress like the others. To keep the cheapest price, I will switch provider to another fibre provider in my area charging two thirds of the price for a tiny little bit slower speeds, and switch back to BeFibre after a year, they could have easily kept me and many others long term, but their greed and lack of investment in their systems and customer experiance, makes they lose customers and probably end going bankrupt like the other value brand a few years ago. I hope a new company will come along and really do what BeFibre said they were going to do, modernise the communications industry and actually just give customer what they want instead of playing game and have us running us round in circles just because we want to stay loyal. Highly disappointed with you BeFibre management, owners and founder.

We ask customers to contact us to discuss their options to make sure they are getting the service they need, some customers like to talk directly with us. We will however take your feedback onboard about offering different ways to renew. We can see that the team has reached out to discuss this. We'll keep trying or in the meantime give us a call as we'd hate to see you leave us, especially when you've been enjoying the service.

Cancelled my direct debit and charged for the privilege of their mistake

Issue with the currys group mobile network ID mobile. After ID cancelled my direct debit, the bank need a manual paper mandate to reset it back up. ID are refusing to give it as 'everything is online now darling' so I am stuck in the middle of deadlock of what the bank needs and what ID refuse to give. You speak with one person in UK customer complaints 'no problem thats an easy fix, will get it sored' you call the next day 'no way can we do that' The whole company is completely disorganised and it's impossible to speak with any manager who has a real idea of whats happening. Total shambles and this is why its so cheap, they dont have anyone actually running the customer service side. I would prefer to pay more money and at least you can speak with someone in a non-uk call centre with experience in the field of communications.

Not Fit for Purpose

This ombudsman set up is a complete waste of time. Everything is drawn out, they take weeks to reply to any comments. They are on the side of the mobile network and have no power to help customers. It's funded by the networks so of course sides with them everytime. You are better switching providers or trying to get compensation direct with the companies than using this waste of space service. Do not recommend at all and the sooner it gets shut down for being useless the better.

SCAM

Guy living in dubai re-hashed the old REPs UK and stole all their contact details. Took small payment from me for inicial membership, then weeks later took large payment without warning. Got the money back via chargeback, but shocking how this guy was not stopped before people started complaining. He even has fake trustpilot 5 ratings on his website. Be careful.

SCAM! Pre Approved means nothing!

Offered a 'preapproved' payment on eBay business, for it to be later refused. Total waste of time apply. eBay needs to sack them off as it's clearly a scam just to get peoples ID data so they can sell it on to other companies.

So convenient and easy to use when…

So convenient and easy to use when using the pin number. The scanner often doesnt work so I dont even try it now. The only issue is its getting too popular and my local one is often full, please reduce pick days so you have more room x
