I was been charged non-Sterling fee and this was not declared by them, tried calling them and it is taking me in a loop without reaching anyone, tried the chat and asked me to share my bank statement to confirm the charge fee, and then I was advised that my credit card is the blame who charged and not Expedia. Rubbish excuse, no statement to state at the booking while I have reserved that it was non sterling payment

I have reported that my daughter suffer from high temperature and they made stay on the waiting call and then spend more time by asking stupid none related questions and I did challenge this and they told me my call is recorded. They don't even have the experience in medical terms. Then they have ask me to be called by a doctor and they called me after 6 hrs and they kept diverted me from one doctor to another. Finally they asked me to see my gp. Such a waste
I urge everyone that please don't waste your time.
I took my hospital and they have been worried as she had a lounge infection and her blood test were infected.
Heart beat was high
Oxygen level is low.
If this 111 service is well educated. They must be able to provide the service. Stop hiring people who has zero knowledge

Washing Machine never got repaired
I have reported that the door seal is full if mould and leak once the cycle start and I was advised after waiting 3 days and an engineer pop round with no parts that it is not technically a break fix and I have to wait for an additional 5 business days to advise aga8n and then wait for sometime foe an engineer to be booked
This is the second time I book a repair with D&G and I have cancelled my plans and would never come back again to them under no circumstances

You can't download the PDF documents except for the first page, tried to communicate with the support and attached all the issues that I have faced and requested them to send me the printable edition instead to save time, it takes them approx 24 hr to response to each rely and I feel it is a waste of time, I am asking to claim my money back

I have had the booking organised and when my mother in-law were travelling from Syria to lebanon, the lebanies border stated that the TLS did not report to the border that she has an appointment to attend. They did not let her enter the boarder and lost the appointment. Then she has managed to enter after the officer the lebanies border replaced their shift and showed that she has an ID. Up on arrival to the TLS, NO ONE WERE INTRESTED to listen and asked her to pay an additional $180 if she want to apply as she was late. I regret to say nothing is organised and the office was empty, no sympathy I am very disappointed with this.

Since the installation, I was expected to have Fiber Optic deployment and it appears that it was Cat5e to the door and then to a very old Router made by Nokia which does not support Gig Port. my speed was promised 500MB up and down, and I receive 211MB down so far.

This airline is the worst airline i have used to travel. First of all the pilot was not sufficient enough as when landed the plabe has slammed to the ground and caused the entire passengers Inc myself to get panicked
Also, my return date was today, I woke up 6:00am Spanish time and 06:02 Amanda email has been sent to everyone who are registered to this flight and stated that foe unforeseen reason, this flight is cancelled, I have to purchase another flight and luckily it was the last seat. Our flight was scheduled to depart at 10:45 am. For other passengers who don't check their mail regularly were not made aware

The account manager were unclear and I have advised them if I was not satisfied with the service then he did not have a clear answer, whereas when I have insisted, then I have been told that no refund will take place. I have asked them cancel the meeting and I was really surprised by the account manager's response as he was rude at my email.
