I AM LOSING CONFIDENCE WITH TRUSTPILOT.

I have written reviews about a mortgage broker Haysto. Haysto keep convincing trustpilot to take them down on the basis my review was advertising and promotional behaviour which is simply not the case.

We are always the first to acknowledge a genuine mistake if one has been made. However, in this case, we can confirm that there were no errors on our part.

Reposting the same review multiple times will not help to resolve this matter. As we clearly stated in our previous response, we have not received any valid Change of Tenancy) details from your end. You mentioned that the COT was completed internally in February 2025—please provide a single piece of evidence confirming that the COT was processed. If the COT had been completed, your details would no longer appear on the account. Yet, your information is still present in our system, and we have not received any updated or accurate details from you.
We have checked all relevant email inboxes, including those for COT, customer service, and complaints, and we can confirm that no valid COT information has been received from your side. If you genuinely wish to resolve this matter, we strongly encourage you to submit your documents through the Energy Ombudsman, as previously advised. Once we receive the necessary documentation through that official channel, we will be able to process the COT and close the case. We respect our customers' concerns, but posting false or misleading reviews will not help move this issue forward.

If you would like to discuss the matter further, you are welcome to reach out directly. However, at this stage, we have nothing further to add until we receive the required details from your end.

I WAS SERIOUSLY MISLEAD BY HAYSTO.

I WAS SERIOUSLY MISLEAD BY HAYSTO.
Without checking with lenders about my circumstances they convinced me I will get a mortgage offer and that I am the perfect candidate for a mortgage application.

They asked for all my personal details and income details. All provided. There assessment was its a perfect application.

All this without checking with the lenders.

They further wanted me to produce accounts at a cost of £500 and I refused because they kept spinning me a story of how perfect my mortgage application is and I am a mortgage offer away.

I explained just check with lenders to get a feedback before I further invest £500. At this point they have taken a £99.00 deposit with a further view of taking £900 completion reward fee.

At this point the pressure is building and the money is starting to stack up.

I was then assured I have nothing to fear and this is normal practice so just for them I spend a further £500 on my accounts.

WITHIN 24 HRS I WAS THEN TOLD BY HAYSTO MY APPLICATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

What a bunch of crooked clowns and I am now out of pocket by £500.

I HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY MISLEAD, I AM LOOKING FOR A RESOLUTION BEFORE I TAKE MATTERS FURTHER.

I AM NOT HAPPY.

Extremily Poor Bad Service.

Extremily Poor Service.

Going over ground already covered.

I had to get ombudsman involved.

1. COT completed in February 25 with your colleagues.
2. If you are not happy send another one urgently.
You continue to send bills to us and we have sold property in November 2023.

SEND ANOTHER COT IF YOU LIKE, HONESTLY...........

I WILL NEVER GO WITH POSITIVE ENERGY AGAIN.

TIME WASTERS: POSITIVE ENERGY

Just spoke to position energy again today.
My God they are rude and racist staff.

They want date of sale, date premises vacated, name of new owners.

I have disclosed the memorandum of sale and sale registered with land registry 4 months ago.

The problem is they have all that info and even their solicitors Flint Bishop confirmed they are seeking to change details but could not tell me when. In the meantime time someone else is using the electric.

MY PROBLEM IS WHY AM I BEING BILLED AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS.

WHAT A BUNCH OF USELESS IDIOTS AT POSITIVE ENERGY.

I AM A COMMERCIAL LANDLORD AND POSITION ENERGY ARE TIME WASTERS. I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF OUR FUTURE PREMISES ARE WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY.

DIRTY TRICKS AT POSITIVE ENERGY.

AWFUL AWFUL LYING COMPANY.

WE SOLD PREMISES BACK IN NOVEMBER 2023.

THEY NOW GOT OUR DETAILS FROM COMPANIES HOUSE AND LAND REGISTRY, PLACED IT ON THE BILL AND ARE NOW BILLING US.

THESE STUPID IDIOTS DONT REALISE SOMEONE ELSE IS USING THE ELECTRIC AND THEY ARE BILLING US.

ALSO I FOUND THEIR CALL CENTRE TO BE RACIST AND EXTREMELY RUDE.

EXTREMELY BAD A RACIST EXPERIENCE FROM THERE FOREIGH CALL CENTRE

Awful company. Racist experience from there call centre abroad.
Property sold in November 2023 and i am still receiving bill from positive energy.

Tried calling them and there call centre is racist with bad language.

WHEN I COMPLAINED IT WAS INSTANTLY REDUCED TO £448.00

EYE-WATERING SAVING OF £2352.00

I ALREADY HAD LEGAL PROTECTION WHICH EXPRESS SOLICITORS IGNORED.
IT TURNS OUT THEY HAVE SHARE HOLDERS IN THIS ATE INSURANCE PRODUCT.

TSB TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP.
THEY OFFER A MORTGAGE, DO A HARD CHECK AND REFUSE ALL WITHIN 1 WEEK WITH NO EXPLANATION.
THE HARD CHECK IS NOW EFFECTING BADLY.
WHEN I TRIED COMPLAINING TODAY 10/01/2025 TSB CALL HANDLER FOUND MY ISSUE AMUSING, SO I JUST HANGED UP AND MADE MY TO TO TRUSTPILOT.

I AM CONSIDERING CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND CRDIT CARD ACCOUNT WHEN I FIND A SUITABLE BANK TO MOVE TO.

The lender at application stage said we are interested then L&C decided not to proceed.

I AM TAKING PRIVILEGE INSURANCE TO COURT:

I HAD TO ISSUE A SMALL CLAIM IN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT BECAUSE PRIVILEGE INSURANCE WON'T PAY DAMAGES TO ME AFTER THEIR CLIENT CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY CAR DESPITE ASKING ME TO GET A ENGINEER'S REPORT.

I WILL BE ISSUEING A UPDATED REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT ONCE THIS 6 YEAR LONG RUNNING MATTER IS RESOLVED IN COURT.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH PRIVILEGE INSURANCE. MY TIME AND THE COURTS TIME COULD BE BETTER SPENT ON OTHER.

I am speaking to Action Fraud about Imtiaz Suleiman

I am speaking to Action Fraud about the director Imtiaz Suleiman of Eco4u energy services Ltd. It appears he has been using another company that is bankrupt to carry out work on his companies behalf and then claiming the eco 4u grant funds in my opinion. I have evidence when partial loft insulation was completed they stuck the wrong company instalation data to the wall and never returned to complete the job. Now my number is blocked and they refuse to take the call.
IN MY OPINION IT HAS TO BE A HUG SCAM.

I HAVE LEFT 6 REVIEWS AS THE CASE HAS PROGRESSED WITH THE AUTHORITY.

I CAN CONFIRM ANOTHER HONEST ECO4U COMPANY HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE BOILER INSTALLATION.

Costco sell quality fuel at extremely competitive prices i.e just got diesel for £1.28 per litre compared to ASDA, SAINSBURY'S, TESCO & MORRISONS ALL AT APPROX £1.35 at todays prices.

WHY ARE WE ALLOWING THESE COMPANIES TO RIP US OFF ???????

WELL DONE COSTCO. AN EXAMPLE TO OTHERS.

I gave 2 cases to Express Solicitors. Both are being Investigated by the Ombudsman for excessive over charging by this firm.

I WILL BE UPDATING THE OMBUDSMAN'S FINDINGS ON TRUST PILOT IN DUE COURSE.

My personal experience of Express Solicitors so far is they are driven by pure greed for money. The matter is not over........
