TIME WASTERS: POSITIVE ENERGY

Just spoke to position energy again today.
My God they are rude and racist staff.

They want date of sale, date premises vacated, name of new owners.

I have disclosed the memorandum of sale and sale registered with land registry 4 months ago.

The problem is they have all that info and even their solicitors Flint Bishop confirmed they are seeking to change details but could not tell me when. In the meantime time someone else is using the electric.

MY PROBLEM IS WHY AM I BEING BILLED AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS.

WHAT A BUNCH OF USELESS IDIOTS AT POSITIVE ENERGY.

I AM A COMMERCIAL LANDLORD AND POSITION ENERGY ARE TIME WASTERS. I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF OUR FUTURE PREMISES ARE WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY.

Following up on your below comments, we’d like to inform you that your complaint has already been registered under reference ID EG057076-25. As per your account history, we have not received any change of tenancy (COT) information from your side. We have now requested the Energy Ombudsman to provide all the necessary documentation required to perform the COT. Please note that since you’ve already raised the case with the Energy Ombudsman, they will make an independent and fair decision. However, we still request you to provide the COT details as soon as possible so we can process them and help bring the matter to a close.
