I’m unable to review my VR-Rock’s product because I still haven’t received my order

Sadly, I’m unable to review my VR-Rock’s product because I still haven’t received my order …this is now the 12th day, so much for their $19 ‘Expedited Shipping 3-5 days’

Had I known that VR-Rock uses unreliable Evri to ship their products in the UK I wouldn’t have placed my order …guess I should have read the UK reviews here first.

A word of advice if you’re from the UK look for a more reliable supplier of prescription lenses

Paid for my order ....but no contact

I placed my order on the 26th November and noticed that payment had gone through my Paypal account immediately.

Today is the 29th November and all I’ve received is their order confirmation e-mail

Now I’m seriously considering contacting the PayPal Resolution Centre to ask if there’s a way to claim my money back and report this company for no contact after taking payment for orders

Reading through non-delivery reviews is very concerning and I wished I read this page first before ordering

It's always worrying when companies don't have telephone numbers to contact when things go wrong ....
