Always speedy delivery and good service. My only issue is not being able to ‘test’ or see the colours before purchasing. I’ve ordered two lipsticks so far, both are ok but even though I’m warm toned and ordered appropriate shades, I’ve had better coloured ,lipsticks. I find the blush too pale, and whilst I can build up the colour this means the blusher only lasts me about six weeks. I’m very pleased with the skin and eye primers, they definitely do what ‘it says on the tin’! I do wish I had the opportunity to visit a pop up shop but as I live in North Yorkshire the venues in the south of the country make this impossible. I’d really like some small sample sizes, I’d be happy to pay for them, perhaps a resulting full size purchase could be at a discount to reflect the outlay on the sample? But overall I’m a big fan of the company.

Very impressed with what appears to be a much improved service from Hermes. The tracking information was useful and being notified of a two hour delivery time slot was excellent. Hope this is to become standard service from now on!

Have wondered about ordering for a while.... had the face primer recommended by a friend ... it’s fabulous! Also like the eye primer, wear it every day -no shadow but it just looks so natural and means my soft eye liner pencil lasts better. The eyebrow product is great for adding some colour correction to my greying brows. Will be re-ordering!!!
