I lived in Kelsall , Cheshire for a year and regularly shopped at the Co op , I moved away and a couple Saturdays ago I went back. It was lovely to be remembered and greeted by the lovely lady on the checkout . All the staff young and older were always friendly and helpful running the very busy Post Office as well as the shop . There is quite an elderly population in Kelsall and surrounding area and the staff show care and patience to all . Pleasure to shop here , thank you all.

Once again I am happy to leave a 5 star review . Today as always Linda at the Warrington branch was exceptional. She helped me navigate through a very lengthy and complex older relatives accounts. She was professional , also kind and patient . I have always had excellent service from all staff at Birchington , Frodsham, Chester and Warrington. I highly recommend Nationwide , thank you all very much.

Really great neat electric fire, the options of just for show with flame effect or + heat mode is really good , apart from arranging the pebbles , no other assembly required. Very pleased with it .

I ordered a Hoover vacuum and it does exactly what I wanted . Had a Dyson for years it was great but moved to a much smaller home and didn't want to spend as much as previous purchases. This hoover is excellent at just under £100 , simple just 2 extra attachments but very effective added bonus is the light , don't need a remove dog hair / hair wrap bar . Highly recommend.

This is a follow up to the review when I previously awarded 1 star. I am sorry for all the customers who posted very negative reviews and hope you get resolutions soon . I have been very pleased to award 5 stars today as promised because my travel refund has been paid . Thank you very much AXA my faith in using your products in future has been restored .

I chose travel insurance with Select and protect , paid in full for my holiday , I then had to cancel because I suffered a pulmonary embolism with no previous risk factors. I was told not to fly by a consultant . I paid for a gp letter provided a hospital letter and all other documents requested. I have spoken to at least 6 customer service representatives who all spout the same old tripe no doubt from a script . I have been constantly fobbed off with it will take 16 days bla bla bla . The latest today I was informed there is a backlog !!! That means nothing to me or my claim. So disappointed in you AXA a company that once had an excellent and honest reputation . As the many people on here state they feel fobbed off and cheated . Awful way to treat legitimate claims specially if the stress of the medical problem has been exacerbated by AXAs uncaring treatment .NEVER trust AXA again . Will seek help from Martin Lewis to expose these charlatans if my claim isn't settled within one week.

I was foolish enough to order from this awful company without reading the reviews . The amazing hand held "piano" . It is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever encountered. *I might as well have burnt £30 , please don't waste your money .

I have only been with Octopus for a short time but am very pleased with the help , up to date advice , easy to understand tarrifs and notifications so far , they have lived up to the very high recommendation from a family member.

Have to give a star to post this , oh my silly me not reading the reviews , how we have all been scammed ,I ordered an 8 tone "Kalimba" small wooden supposed musical instrument promising much , there was a part missing , it is rubbish , plays nothing in tune and £25 that I can ill afford down the drain . Very hard lesson learnt . Don't touch these crooks with a long barge pole .
