Placed a order 9th of December, no mention of delays when purchasing items . Constant emails saying goods will be delayed but will be shipped by 31st of January.
Well 31st today , no sign of any shirts , spoke to someone at customer service who stated that the goods were delayed still . I asked when the items would be delivered, the answer came back sometime in March!!!
March , 4 months later
This is not service , this I a absolute joke . How you can treat customers this way is totally & utterly disgusting.
We shall never purchase from you again

Ordered with no problems , prompt reply & Nintendo switch arrived two days later .
Communication on delivery dates & times absolutely spot on .
Definitely use again

I originally posted a negative review , but due to the very proactive response in my complaint & the professional manner in which it was handled I am now more than happy to retract this .
