Product and service is what I have come to expect from William Henry - keep it up!

I have three WH bracelets (and several knives) and am happy with all, including your service. My suggestion is about the bracelets: I am “thin” and the bracelets - at the large size which your guide says are appropriate - are seemingly borderline big on me. If you could narrow your sizing, I believe your customers would react positively.

Excellent workmanship, quality of material and service.

Product as expected: high quality, excellent design. Delivery not so much: whether a software glitch at WH as I was not told delivery to a PO Box was not possible or a FedEx/UPS error (certainly possible), product was returned to WH and then had to be resent, funny enough back to the PO Box but by USPS! Bottom line, great product, but delivery needs an upgrade.

Quality of service and product is consistently above expectations.

Easy to use website and, albeit USPS may not always be accurate, product eventually arrived and was nicely finished.

Service, including timelines, virtually ideal. Product just what we expected (positive!).
